Baseball is an important sport in Taiwan. ŠKODA TAIWAN has cooperated with the professional baseball team Lamigo since 2015. It has combined cars and baseball for commercial videos many times before. This film uses the speed of a professional baseball pitcher's ball and the racing of Octavia cars to show "How fast can the Octavia 1.0 TSI go?" Then, when the high-speed camera captures the fastball with a speed of 150 kilometers per hour, the text "More than you think" is unexpectedly displayed. "Faster" is the answer, which perfectly proves that the Octavia 1.0 TSI is so fast and stable. It can capture the 150 km/h speed ball at high speed, creating an innovative visual image.

ŠKODA Octavia Fastest Battle I

Creativity & Story|

Škoda Taiwan and Lamigo collaborated cross-border, inviting Chen Jinfeng to experience the performance of the brand's Octavia in Dapeng Bay, Pingtung, allowing fans to witness Chen Jinfeng's style from the track, and also invited idol Xiao Moli (Chen Yuxi) to drive the Octavia RS 2.0 TSI and Chen Jinfeng drove the Octavia 1.4 TFSI for a speed contest. The winner advanced to challenge Zhu Jiawei, a celebrity in the car industry, and even advanced to compete with professional driver Chen Junshan. Through four people racing and passing through levels, the audience aroused adrenaline and felt the huge explosive power of Octavia's small displacement.
